What is an orthomosaic map?
The drones fly in patterns dictated by the software taking numerous still pictures. The software then groups many overlapping images of the defined area which are processed by computers to create a new, larger “orthomosaic” map which is a highly detailed current map of true scale. Using the measurement tools and notation you can get size information and create notations on the imaging.
Computer Generated Map
Everdrone pilots with this technology can then deliver highly detailed computer image maps saving you time, money and manpower and maybe even providing data that has never been used before.
